Denysoft respects the privacy of its users.
This Privacy Policy explains how Denysoft (“Denysoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may access, collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information in connection with:
Denysoft websites, including denysoftgames.com;
Denysoft games and applications;
Denysoft software and digital products;
in-app purchases;
advertisements and rewarded advertisements;
leaderboards and achievements;
cloud saves;
online and multiplayer features;
platform services; and
any other Denysoft product or service that links to this Privacy Policy.
These products and services are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
The information processed through a particular Service depends on the game or application, the features enabled, the user’s device, the platform used, the user’s region, and the third-party services integrated into that Service.
Not every Denysoft Service uses every feature, technology, provider, or category of information described in this Privacy Policy.
A particular Denysoft Service may provide an additional or supplemental privacy notice describing practices specific to that Service.
Denysoft seeks to limit the collection and processing of information to what is reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Services.
Users generally do not need to create a separate Denysoft account merely to visit the Denysoft website or use an offline Denysoft game.
Some features may rely on accounts, purchasing systems, advertising systems, leaderboards, cloud services, or other functionality provided by third-party platforms such as Google Play, Apple, Microsoft, Xbox, Steam, PlayFab, or similar providers.
Denysoft does not ordinarily receive platform account passwords or complete payment-card information.
Depending on the particular Service and the features used, Denysoft or its service providers may process the following categories of information.

authentication confirmation;
account region;
achievements;
leaderboard information;
gameplay statistics;
friends or multiplayer information;
linked-platform information;

information necessary to connect game progress with the platform account.
Denysoft generally does not receive the user’s platform password.
The use of a platform account is also governed by the terms and privacy practices of the applicable platform provider.
Some Denysoft Services may offer:
in-app purchases;
downloadable content;
subscriptions;
virtual currency;
virtual items;
additional levels;
upgrades;
premium features;
removal of advertisements; or
other paid digital content.
Purchases are generally processed by the applicable application store or payment platform, such as Google Play, Apple, Microsoft, Xbox, Steam, or another authorized provider.
Denysoft does not ordinarily receive or store complete credit-card or debit-card numbers for purchases processed through those platforms.
Denysoft or its service providers may receive limited purchase-related information such as:
the item purchased;

maintain required business records; and
comply with platform, accounting, tax, and legal requirements.
Billing, refunds, subscriptions, payment security, and payment disputes may also be governed by the applicable platform provider’s policies.
Some Denysoft Services may display advertisements.
Advertisements may include:
banner advertisements;
interstitial advertisements;
rewarded advertisements;
contextual advertisements;
non-personalized advertisements;
limited advertisements; or
personalized advertisements for eligible users where legally and contractually permitted.
Advertising providers may process information such as:
advertising identifiers, where permitted;
device identifiers;
application identifiers;
Internet Protocol address;
approximate location;
device characteristics;
operating-system information;
application activity;
advertisement impressions;
advertisement clicks;
advertisement completion;

information used to select, deliver, limit, secure, or measure advertisements.
Advertising practices may vary depending on:
the user’s country or region;
the user’s age group;
device settings;
platform requirements;
consent choices;
application configuration; and
the advertising provider used.
Where required, users may be presented with controls concerning personalized advertising, advertising identifiers, cookies, tracking, or similar technologies.
Disabling personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements. Users may continue to receive contextual, limited, or non-personalized advertisements.
Some Denysoft Services are designed for a broad or mixed audience that may include children age 6 and older, teenagers, and adults.
When children are included in the intended audience of a Service, Denysoft applies age-appropriate content, advertising, purchase, privacy, and data-handling protections required by applicable platform policies and laws.
Advertisements shown to children will:
be appropriate for children;
be non-personalized;
not use interest-based advertising or remarketing;
not be based on behavioral profiles;
use only advertising SDK versions permitted for serving advertisements to children by the applicable platform; and
be configured for child-directed or age-appropriate treatment where required.
Advertisements shown to users whose age has not been established will be handled using the child-safe configuration unless a neutral age-screening method, platform-provided age signal, or other legally permitted mechanism establishes that the user is not a child.
Denysoft Services directed to or including children will not intentionally use prohibited persistent device identifiers for personalized advertising to children.
Denysoft remains responsible for selecting and configuring advertising services appropriate for the intended audience of each Service.
Some Denysoft games may allow users to voluntarily view an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit.
Possible benefits may include:
virtual currency;
additional attempts;
additional lives;
continues;
temporary bonuses;
virtual items;
access to optional content; or
other in-game rewards.
A reward may be granted only after the advertising provider confirms that the required advertisement activity was completed.
The availability, value, and type of reward may vary by:
game;
application;
advertisement;
platform;
region;
device;
connection;
provider; or
technical availability.
Rewarded advertisements are intended to be optional unless a particular Service clearly explains otherwise.
Technical failures, interrupted connections, unavailable advertisements, provider errors, invalid traffic, or failure to complete the required advertisement may prevent a reward from being granted.
Denysoft may limit, deny, reverse, or remove rewards obtained through fraud, automation, manipulation, cheating, exploitation, or unauthorized activity.
Some Denysoft Services may include leaderboards, rankings, achievements, player profiles, or similar competitive features.
These features may process or publicly display information such as:
player name;
platform display name;
profile image;
score;
high score;
ranking;
achievements;
gameplay statistics;
completion time;
multiplayer results; and
other information selected for display through the applicable platform.
Leaderboard and achievement information may be visible to other users.
Users should avoid placing real names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, or other sensitive information in publicly visible player names.
Leaderboard and achievement systems may be operated by Denysoft or by third-party providers such as Google Play Games Services, Apple Game Center, Xbox services, Steam, PlayFab, or similar services.
Where practical, Denysoft relies on platform-controlled player names and profiles rather than requesting a user’s real identity.

cloud saves;
account synchronization;
cross-device progress;
player authentication;
leaderboards;
achievements;

The exact information processed depends on the features enabled in the particular Service.

These services may support:
player authentication;
player profiles;
cloud saves;
player data;
gameplay statistics;
leaderboards;

matchmaking;
game events;
telemetry;
live operations;
fraud prevention; and
technical support.
When such services are used, they may process information necessary to provide those features.
The use of PlayFab or another backend service in one Denysoft product does not mean that it is used in every Denysoft product.
Users may generally visit denysoftgames.com without creating a Denysoft account.
Website hosting, domain, security, analytics, content-delivery, or infrastructure providers may automatically process information such as:
Internet Protocol address;

Where required, non-essential technologies may be subject to notice and user choice.
Blocking required storage, identifiers, or permissions may prevent certain Service features from operating correctly.

establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Denysoft will not intentionally use personal information for a materially unrelated purpose without providing any notice or choice required by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, information may be processed based on:
providing a Service requested by the user;

the user’s consent;
Denysoft’s legitimate interests in operating, maintaining, securing, supporting, and improving the Services;
fraud prevention;

establishment, exercise, or defense of legal rights.
Where processing depends on consent, the user may withdraw consent through the privacy controls made available by the applicable Service, device, operating system, application store, consent-management system, or provider.
Withdrawal of consent does not invalidate processing that lawfully occurred before the withdrawal.

distribute the Services;
authenticate users;
process purchases;

Service providers acting on Denysoft’s behalf are expected to process information only for authorized purposes and provide protections consistent with this Privacy Policy, their contractual responsibilities, and applicable law.
Some application stores, platform operators, advertising providers, or other third parties may independently determine how and why they process information. Their processing is also governed by their respective privacy policies and legal responsibilities.
Advertising identifiers, device information, application activity, advertisement activity, approximate location, consent information, and related technical information may be transmitted to advertising providers for:
advertisement delivery;
rewarded advertisements;
advertisement measurement;
attribution;
frequency control;
security;
fraud prevention; and
personalized advertising for eligible users where permitted.
Under certain privacy laws, personalized or cross-context advertising may be legally described as “sharing,” “selling,” or “targeted advertising,” even when Denysoft does not receive direct monetary payment for personal information.
Denysoft does not knowingly sell personal information in exchange for direct monetary payment.
Information may be preserved or disclosed when reasonably believed necessary to:
comply with applicable law;

sale of assets;
transfer of a product;
transfer of a game or application; or
similar business transaction.
Any successor receiving personal information must handle that information in accordance with applicable law and any binding privacy commitments.
Information may be disclosed when the user requests, authorizes, or intentionally initiates the disclosure.
Denysoft may use or disclose information that has been aggregated or deidentified so that it cannot reasonably identify a particular individual.
Denysoft Services may use services provided by companies or platforms such as:

Apple Game Center;
Microsoft;
Microsoft Store;

Not every provider is used in every Denysoft Service.
Third-party services may process information under their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and legal responsibilities.
Denysoft does not control the independent practices of third parties that collect information directly through their own platforms, systems, accounts, or services.
Users may review the privacy controls and policies made available by the application store, device manufacturer, operating system, advertising provider, gaming platform, or cloud provider they use.
Some Denysoft Services may be designed for a broad audience that includes children age 6 and older, teenagers, and adults.
Denysoft does not knowingly request more personal information from children than is reasonably necessary to provide a feature.
Where applicable law requires parental notice, authorization, or verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from a child, Denysoft will seek the required authorization before intentionally collecting that information.
Children should not publicly submit:
real names;
email addresses;

Where a platform provides parental controls, purchase approval, age signals, family accounts, privacy settings, or child-account protections, users and parents may use those platform features.
If Denysoft learns that personal information from a child was processed in violation of applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken to delete, restrict, or otherwise lawfully handle that information.
Denysoft retains personal information under its control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
provide the Services;
maintain game progress;

Denysoft may retain aggregated or deidentified information when it can no longer reasonably identify an individual.
Application stores, platform providers, advertising providers, and other third parties may apply their own retention policies to information they independently control.

consent-management screens;
operating-system controls;
application-store controls;

Deleting a Denysoft application from a device may remove locally stored game information, but it does not necessarily delete information maintained by an application store, gaming platform, advertising provider, cloud provider, or other third party.
Where a Denysoft Service permits users to create a Denysoft-controlled user-facing account, Denysoft will provide an account-deletion path within the Service and an external web-based deletion method where required.
Certain information may be retained where permitted or required for:
legal compliance;
transaction records;
accounting;
taxation;
fraud prevention;
security;
purchase restoration;
dispute resolution; or
protection of legal rights.
Privacy rights and applicable deletion requests concerning information controlled by Denysoft may be submitted through the privacy-request or website inquiry mechanism available on denysoftgames.com.
A request should identify the relevant Denysoft game or application, the platform used, and enough information to locate the relevant record. Passwords and complete payment-card information should not be submitted.
Depending on the user’s location and applicable law, users may have the right to:
know whether personal information is being processed;
